We are a family-run business in Bloomington,Indiana.
We buy and clean out estates in Bloomington,Indiana and nearby surrounding areas. As third generation working in the estate, buying/selling and liquidation business, we have the knowledge to best help you in your unique situation. Jeff started going to estate auctions with his parents and grandparents when he was just a child. We pass down this tradition on to our children, now the 4th generation active in salvage and junkin'. Over 30 years experience in the business!

We offer many options for buying your items, including cash on the spot, trade for house clean-out and we can also appraise your items. We can discuss what might be the best route to go for your estate. We are NOT an auction company, and can give cash on the spot, so you don't have to wait months for payment. This allows certainty on the value of your items, and there are no extra fees.
